Hi folks,
A couple of weeks back I reported to you about a new project in downtown Hollywood. I said I thought it had a lot of potential. Well, the contract paperwork, and condo docs are not being made available to me. By this action, I am concerned that they want to keep you uninformed and ‘trust them’ that the marketing glitz should suffice. I will keep you posted as I visit them once more. I would not count on the buider to deliver on promises at this point in time.
